Step by Step Guide to Shopping Online

1. Search for the product by using the navigation bar on the left-hand side. Choose a brand, category and/or search for a product.
2. Click on the product image for more details and prices.
3. Scroll down to add the product to your shopping basket.
4. You can continue to keep searching for additional products using the left-hand navigation menu.
5. Click on the "Checkout" button when you've finished shopping.
6. Select your location (North Island or South Island) and continue to step 2.
7. Fill out your details in the form and continue to step 3. The fields with an asterix are required.
8. Check that your order is correct. If so, continue to step 4. Submit your order and fill out your credit card details. Make sure you let the page finish loading so the order goes through properly.

1.       What is the shipping cost?

North Island (under 4kg) $7.00 + GST

North Island (4-15kg) $9.00 + GST

North Island (15-25kg) $16.00 + GST

South Island (under 4kg) $10.00 + GST

South Island (4-15kg) $18.00 + GST

South Island (15-25kg) $28.00 + GST

Pick up from our warehouse in East Tamaki or our North Shore store is free.

2.       What are the payment options?

You can only pay by credit card online.

3.       Can I pick-up the product?

Yes. You can pick up from our warehouse at 65 Greenmount Drive, East Tamaki, Manukau, or from the LJ Smits Trade Store 243 Archers Road, Glenfield, North Shore City.

4.       Why doesn't it show the total and then let me pay by credit card?

This usually means it's a Dangerous Good therefore shipping costs will vary. The order has still been processed by we will phone you to confirm the total cost, and if you are happy with it then you can pay by credit card over the phone.
